Katie helped the reviewer buy this property

Caring and wonderful to work with!

We had an outstanding experience working with Katie Machoskie. She helped us sell our condo incredibly quickly—it was on the market for just one day, which really speaks to her expertise in pricing and understanding the market. On the buying side, our journey took about nine months, and Katie was patient and supportive every step of the way. She was always willing to take us to showings, answer our questions, and guide us through the process without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made a potentially stressful experience feel manageable. In the end, she helped us find a home we absolutely love, and we couldn’t be happier. Beyond her professionalism, Katie is simply a wonderful person to work with.  We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
