In April I relocated down to Southern Pines from Ct Katie was my agent in the purchasing of my home in Talamore. I really wanted to live in Mid South and so I asked her to keep an eye out for a specific place within the Mid South Community. Katie kept me up to date when places became available and as luck would have it a townhome in the community came available. Katie immediately called me and scheduled a showing. I went to contract and as luck would have she had someone interested in buying my place. The buying and selling process can sometimes be stressful but Katie made it a very pleasant and seamless process. We were able to close on the sale and purchase in a months time !! I can guarantee you that when more of my friends retire to this area I will recommend that they use Katie.
