Katie made everything as seamless as possible. The market slowed down a little as we were trying to sell our old house before buying this house. She was patient and answered all of my millions of questions without complaining or making me feel small. She went above and beyond with the little touches she added to our new home as she left presents for all of the kids and some things to use for the house.
