I can’t say enough great things about Katie. She was the most helpful and involved realtor I’ve ever worked with. Most realtors I’ve worked with have only helped with the first and last step. Katie helped us every step of the way. She helped us with HOA approvals, utilities set up, working with mortgage loan office, etc.. she also traveled to our new home once a week while it was still being built and gave us construction updates. Seriously the best of the best! We are so grateful for her during such a stressful process and market!
Wow! is all I can say. Katie stepped in for a colleague on very short notice and was able to meet all my needs with my initial wants. Upon our first meeting she handed me a beautifully organized binder with her info, the listings we were going to loo at and other important info. I thought I was going to get a small condo on Pinehurst which is exactly what she showed me in my requested price range. While none met all my needs I happened to be driving by a golf community (Talamore) and saw beautiful brick homes. I texted Katie and in less than five minutes she was showing me the property I ultimately bought the home and at a lower price due to her great negotiation skills. During the entire process she kept me apprised of every aspect of the closing. I have purchased 15 homes in my lifetime due to many corporate job moves but I must say Katie always kept me calm and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Thank you Katie!!
