Katie was such a spectacular person first of all. She knew what her job was and did it excellently while showing compassion for my father who owned the home to be sold. He was a little difficult at times but Katie always let him do what he thought was best but in the long run she talked him through the legal process w/o making it hard for him to understand. Katie is such a professional yet caring for her clients. There was so much she had to do to make sure my dad understood as much as he could. She always made sure he was in the know and he adored her for that.
