Katie is without a doubt the best real estate agent I’ve ever used. When we were looking for a home in a new area, she was flexible on when we could meet and answered any questions we had. When we get ready to sell our current home, you can bet Katie will be our first call!

She went above and beyond to show us a home and it’s included large property even though the weather conditions were not ideal. We have purchased a few properties now using her as our agent. She is very easy to work with and we will use again in the future.

I was referred to Katie by another realtor. When I called her she was very prompt and eager to find out what I was looking for. I told her of the property I was interested in on a Wednesday evening. The following Saturday (memorial day weekend) we met and looked over the property. By Tuesday afternoon we had agreed on a price and will close in just a couple weeks. As a first time seller, I had no knowledge of how to go about selling my parents home which happened to be about four hours away from my residence.
