Katie Gummow is an outstanding realtor. She really goes the extra mile, even dog sitting for us during showings - what more could we ask for! She is knowledgeable, caring, attentive and a big cheerleader for our sale. 10/10 recommend her for your realty needs!

We're so lucky to have found Katie to sell our townhome and purchase our new home. She was amazing to work with the whole way and made everything go super smooth! We will be using her for all our home purchases and selling in the future. She helped us navigate the crazy Bay Area and market.

We have worked with numerous realtors over the years, but meeting and going through the buying process with Katie was very different. She trekked through a number of towns with us looking at places, and then did the same on her own, while Facetiming with us. We felt like we were actually in each place. We had numerous conversations with her by text or phone to assess where we were, and she’d give us honest appraisals of the places we were thinking about. When it came to closing, she went through the condo and did and assessment of what needed to be repaired or taken care of. Because we were 2,000 miles away, she did the closing using Docusign, and it too, was seamless. Excellent experience.

Katie has now worked with us to both purchase and sell a home, both being out of our area and hers! For both Katie jumped immediately, same day, into the process of helping us work on an out of area property. She had no hesitation at researching and working with all of the entities (agents, county offices, inspectors, etc) that it took to be VERY thorough as we maneuvered through the transactions. Katie clearly managed our sale with great skills, she even created a spreadsheet to help us better understand the 6(!) offers we had, within 7 days, so we could make the decision that was best for us. Katie was always professional with us, available by text, phone or email at all times. She listened to our needs, concerns and questions yet kept us informed about all aspects and strategies of our purchase/sale. It was great to have her lead us through both the purchase and the sale!

Kathrine is a dream to work with. As a first time home buyer I was intimidated by the process, however Kathrine made it a breeze. She was with me every step of the way to view properties, put in offers, and even helped when I was traveling to make sure the sale continued. Overall, I will use her again without question for future purchases and sales.
