Katie was exceptional to work with. We were out of state in Denver the entire time. She showed us our house on a brief trip in March, we made an offer in two days, and went back to Denver. Katie managed the entire process from there - inspections, appraisal, getting the rodent problem fixed, soothing our sellers when the deal took longer than expected.
