My wife and I were enjoying brunch on a Saturday and noticed a house that caught our eye. We called the listing agent and she mentioned she had an assistant on site conducting the open house. That's when we met our realtor, Katie! She had such a positive attitude and plenty of knowledge about the property. We asked her to be out realtor and make this dream home a reality. It was our first experience purchasing a home and of course I had many questions, insurance, offer strategy, title agency, inspection, negotiation and I am sure many more. Katie would answer her phone any time of the day and help assist with any concerns or questions that arose. It felt amazing to get our offer accepted and it wouldn't have been possible without Katie. If we outgrow this house we will surely be using Katie for our next home purchase as well!
