From the time we met Katie all the way through to our home being sold very quickly, we knew we had made the right choice. Katie was always available for any questions we had, she was always personable, polite, and happy to help. With her extensive network of sellers and buyers, our home was listed for a day before we had an offer that was better than what we expected. We are going to sell our main home in a couple years, we will work with Katie again. The best agent we've ever had!

Katie made the selling experience so easy for me. She was always on time for every appointment. She always had my best interest in mind. She arranged for me to remain in my home after the sale closed so I could move at my family’s convenience. She gave excellent advise concerning the sale price and demands from the buyers. She efficiently handled all paperwork and made signing documents on the internet easy for me. I would highly recommend Katie.

I have bought and sold a number of homes over the past 60 years and Katie is by far the best agent I have ever worked. She was present at ever showing and did a great job of presenting the property. We were moving out of the state and when the movers didn't keep their schedule by over a day Katie stayed to make sure the loading was completed so we could get on the road. This meant she had to be there into the night as the movers arrived in the evening instead of in the early morning as they had scheduled. This I consider far above and beyond the agents duty.
