Katie was remarkable to work with. My husband and I were first time home buyers. When we started the process, we thought we thought we knew what we were looking for in a home and visited several without finding "the one." During this process, Katie got to know what our likes and dislikes were and suggested a different style of home to view. She hit the nail on the head and we found our dream home. Katie is patient, and willing to answer all of the questions (and we had a lot), even if it meant having to hunt it down for us. No only do we consider ourselves blessed to have worked with her as our realtor, but we also gained a new friendship in the process.
