I recently sold a house with Katie Durham as my Realtor. I was very impressed with her expertise and responsiveness and especially her overall enthusiasm. She very quickly answered any question I had and was very professional. For example, the day before my house was to close, a storm had damaged some shingles and caused a roof leak. Katie arranged a roofing company to fix the roof and personally she went over and painted the spot on the ceiling. I was impressed and would recommend her to anyone.
