Katie was incredible through the entire process! She explained every part of the selling process to us and was always there to answer questions. She also answered questions about the buying process from the sellers point of view and it was so nice to understand what was happening and when. Katie was so prepared for our house showings and so thorough through the whole process. She was also super responsive and if she didn't know the information she would always get back to us promptly with the information. She arranged our showings to all be together back to back since we were from out of town, rather than several trips into town to see homes.
