We changed realtors during our home buying process. We switched to Katie for many reasons. 1st, she met with us and LISTENED to what features & aspects our family wanted and needed in a home. 2nd, She helped us create a "Deal Breakers" list that we could use when looking at properties. Having a plan made it a lot clearer for us to make decisions quickly and trust ourselves when having to jump on properties. Before Katie, we had been wasting a lot of time looking at properties that truly didn't hold up to what we needed. 3rd, Katie helped us be realistic in our expectations. 4th, Katie would point out negative and positive aspects in a property so that we could make an educated decision. She wanted to make sure we knew what type of maintenance we were looking at with each property and would help us see what was truly going on. Once we found the right home, Katie advocated for us left and right. When the process got complicated with the sellers, Katie was on top of things daily. Her communication to us was fantastic. We received updates constantly on how things were progressing. Even after closing when residual issues arose, she has continued to help us work with the sellers to make sure these items got addressed per the signed agreement. Katie made sure that we were happy during the home buying process, happy while closing on the property and happy with our purchase long afterwards. We refer people to Katie all the time and strongly recommend her services to anyone.
