First time home buyers: looking for an...
First time home buyers: looking for an ambiguous home within a fifteen mile radius. We found Katie by word of mouth and were pleasantly surprised. Katie was: personable, friendly, understanding, patient, and professional. She began by requesting everything we wanted in a home, and every house she showed us was very appropriate to our parameters. She fought for a reasonable price for multiple homes, while communicating with us rapidly to keep us informed of the other parties. She informed us of every step we needed to take, be aware of, etc. She also gave her personal opinion on homes, allowing for different perspectives on quality and characteristics. Katie did not find us a home, she helped us find our home- and we are living happily.
