I randomly found Katie online when I reached out to her about a house for sale. I feel like fate brought me to Katie because she was exactly what we needed! We had a short turn around from the time of looking at homes, making an offer, and moving in. I had just been offered a new job and I tasked Katie with a 30 day turnaround (over the holidays!) to help us make our dream come true. She laughed at me when I asked her to show me 16 homes in one weekend, but she nailed it! She was on top of it every step of the way, calling me, texting, following through, and making it happen! Katie helped us buy 24 acres of land near Mancos, CO. She had been helping us look for land for a few months and was very patient with us the whole time. One day she recommended we check out a piece of land that we might have overlooked on paper but when we went to see it we knew right away that this was the one. We had a few due diligence items that needed to be ironed out before we moved forward with the purchase and again Katie was patient and professional through all of it.
