Can't say enough good things about Katie!

Our sale was a very non-typical sale with multiple problems that arose during the process. Katie was extremely knowledgeable and handled each obstacle with patience and professionalism. She hung in there through the entire process and didn't bail out when the sale got tough. She even helped guide the buyer's agent through the process as he was less experienced, less patient. She really earned her commission on this one. I am so glad that I had Katie on my side.
