Katie helped us buy and then later sell our cabin in the Smokies. Man, was she great! We were living out of state, so she would go to the listings and FaceTime a tour so we could see them, ask questions, etc. once we decided to sell she knocked it out of the park again! Looking at other inventory, it was expected to sell in 10-12 months, but with Katie’s help we sold it in less than two- and for over our asking price! Hands down, she’s the best realtor we’ve worked with!
