I don't even know where to start with Katie... She is absolutely amazing at what she does. We spent a year looking for a house with our previous agent. After a short meeting with Katie explaining what we liked, she scheduled 5 visits for us on that next Saturday. In that day, we saw 5 houses that were legitimate candidates, and she showed us more actual possibilities in one DAY than our previous agent showed us in a YEAR. Me and my wife couldn't even agree on what type of house we wanted before looking, but she amazingly found the perfect house for us within a month. Regarding the process, she made it incredibly smooth. She looked out for us in the closing process. She suggested an awesome inspector who did an amazing job and found things we never would have found. It was a laundry list of items (most not that big of a deal), but she got the sellers to correct ALL of them. On top of all that, she's an absolute joy to be around. Incredibly nice, understanding, and totally gets people. And even though we didn't know her whatsoever before working with her (we found her on yelp), my wife and I both honestly now call her our friend. I cannot recommend Katie enough. She is absolutely incredible at what she does. If you use anyone else, especially in this crazy Dallas market, you're crazy yourself. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!

Katie Aspen was my real estate agent, who listed my house and helped me sell it. She was amazing during the whole process. She is very diligent, very knowledgable of the area and target prices, has great contacts in the industry (staging, professional home photos), etc. If I still lived in Dallas, and I needed to either buy or sell another house, I would definitely work with Katie again!
