Absolutely GREAT!

We chose Katie because she sold us the house we were living in 20 years earlier. It was her first home sale and no one could have done a better job at pleasing us. We would never have left except for the desire to move closer to our family. Homes were not selling all that well when we asked her to put it on the market but it wasn't long before she had a buyer and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Over and above their professionalism, Katie and David are warm and helpful and were so willing and patient to get us through all the technical changes of home buying and selling that we, having been retired for 20 years had lost touch with. On top of that, they were on vacation a couple weeks when we ran into a glitch and they helped us from afar! Who could ask for more? They are a very successful couple that are not too busy to simply be the "good neighborly" type.
