Always there to answer questions.

What a great agent to have worked with. Kati was always available to answer questions and resolve issues that came up. The best is when she didn't know the answer, she was upfront about it and then went the extra mile to get the answer for us. I really appreciate that even now, a few months after, I can email Kati with confidence that she will get back to me in a timely manner.
