Kati had the contacts needed to get prep work done at reasonable price and time. I hired her to advise me on how best to get house ready for sale and sell it. She was very forthcoming gave me her advice , I decided to listen to her and follow her lead , I asked questions made suggestions and such but in the end I listed to what she suggested. We were out of State Buyers and new to the area. Jesssica provided great information on many of the neighborhoods in the areas we were interested in. We would fly-in for the day to view homes and Jessica was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at DFW after a full day of looking at homes throughout the area.
