I literally "shopped" real estate agents by calling up listing agents for over a couple of dozen homes listed for sale that I wanted to view with my wife, and arranged to meet the agents at the home for a private showing. This allowed me to get to meet many agents over the course of several weeks, and when I met Kathy I knew then & there that I wanted to secure her for both the listing agent on the house I was selling, as well as the buying agent for the new home that we were down-sizing into. Synergistic relationship at its best form! I've bought/sold several homes over the course of my life, and hands down Kathy was the best agent going SO FAR above the normal agent responsibilities, it is totally ridiculous. I have a litany of things that I could cover as to why she is the best darn agent in the area, but unfortunately there is only so much space in the box to type my comments.
