Kathy was a tough agent, convincing me to clear out the clutter and present a "staged" house even while living there. However, it worked ... sold my house and bought another in six weeks. She had a fun side too, that made the arduous process of selling enjoyable. Sometimes I argued against her suggestions, and on those occasions I was correct. (However I felt sheepishly guilty, but looking back I'm glad I followed my inclinations.)
