We are first time home buyers and Kathy is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us learn the process of purchasing a home. We unfortunately had a contract fall through. She kept encouraging us and we spent around 8 months looking at homes with her. She told us when we are leaving a viewing that we would have a gut feeling that it was our home. She was willing to help us squeeze in for a viewing with little notice. She gave great advice when there were great and bad things about the home. She was very thorough when we were viewing a house. She even offered opinions on if we should see a home based on our wants. Even when she did not think it was going to be a house, we would like she would still show us it if we wanted to go and see it. She is very responsive. We loved our time looking at homes with Kathy and got into the house that was right for us. Thank you, Kathy.
