Since I live in Illinois and could not be in Florida to sell my Townhouse Kathy and my friend cleaned it out and prepared it for sale. There was a problem that should be fixed before putting it up for sale. Kathy was there and got it all worked out. A couple was there to buy it as soon as it was ready. I highly recommend her with all her knowledge and experience. My Townhouse sold for much more than I expected and am very satisfied!
