I bring over 20 years of real estate experience to my clients. I have a BGS from the University of Missouri and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) courses providing in-depth knowledge on the technical aspects and fundamentals of real estate from the National Association of Realtors. My affiliations include: Member of the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port-DeSoto Association of Realtors, Member of Stellar MLS, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Certified Multiple Offer Negotiator, and Certified Residential Specialist. I approach each transaction individually, like a puzzle to be solved, and take pride in successful closings when all parties are satisfied with the end result. In my spare time, I enjoy antiquing, bicycle riding, shelling and exploring the animal and plant life of sunny SW Florida.
