Kathy is an amazing Realtor. She, her husband(Ron), and son(Chris) are the perfect set! They are a family of Realtors and will do their very best to help you find the house of your dreams. Kathy always "gave it to me straight." Whatever she said you can believe she knew what she was talking about. And if she didn't know she was quick to refer you to someone who did. The communication was excellent! If I didn't understand something in the process, she fully explained to the best of her knowledge. She and her son and husband would send me links to houses in the middle of the night! I found that exciting, because they were always on top of it. They did exactly what a Realtor is responsible for doing. Looking for houses that match your criteria. I would recommend Kathy and her family to anyone who is in need of a good, faithful, loyal, and educated Realtor. Kathy should be the first and last stop!
