Could not have done it without Kathy!

Open letter to Kathy: Dear Kathy, Dear, dear Kathy! :-) I would like to express sincerest gratitude for all your diligence and hard work in making this such a great experience for me being a first-time home buyer! I've been a life-long renter and over the course of the last few months (from my knit-picky home preferences to keeping on top of all the odds and ends regarding the escrow process, seller/seller agent communications, and all the detailed explanations on not only the "how" the process goes, but the "why" the process goes as it does to get us to the signing table, you anticipated my questions before I even needed to ask them and always kept me knowledgeable pre and post-step EVERY step of the way without fail. Outside of just the buying process of my first home, on a personal note, I want to express my immense appreciation and gratitude for you taking out the time to educate me on the process, interactivities, and time tables. This education and all patience as we looked at so many properties helped me to have utmost self-confidence in my knowledge regarding the technical side real estate.
