Kathy Sydow

We contacted Kathy and asked that she come down and look at the House that we planned to sell. She came down went through the house and made suggestions of things we could do to aid in the house sell. She then said she would go back to her office and put together some comps and advice on price range. We soon received the Comps and price suggestions, as well as a full estimated sale work-up. We agreed on a price, signed the agent contract and within a couple of weeks we had a pending sale. Price was agreed on and sale was made. Outstanding Job by Kathy getting an Add complete with a virtual showing of the House. This brought interest from a couple in Las Vegas and they bought it right away. We coukld not have been more pleased to have had Kathy Sydow as our Agent!

Kathy is friendly, knowledgeable and really listens to her clients goals and needs during the transaction. She keeps her clients calm in the sometimes overwhelming process of real estate negotiations. She's simply the best!
