I recently moved to the area and began my house search back in early Q4 of 2019. I met Kathy through one of her open houses I attended. Being a first time home buyer I was new to the process and that alone can be quite intimidating. Throughout the process she was extremely responsive, proactive, easy to work with, and patient as we looked at over 20 properties together.
