Kathy did a great job of pricing, setting realistic expectations, educating us on our rights, and keeping the sales process continuing so that we closed on time. We sold our condo in a large development in record time when other condos were sitting forever and chasing the market. What made our place sell within a week over asking price was that Kathy knew all the right people (painters, tilers, etc.) who took our place from an 8 to a 10. If you are like me and you are easily upset or worry too much, then Kathy would be a great realtor for you because she knows how to de-escalate situations and focus your attention on what can be controlled.
