I sold my home in San Jose, California and I was looking for a home to buy in Eugene through the internet. I saw a home I was interested in purchasing and I contacted Kathy Silva without even knowing her. She did a great job of helping me to purchase the home.

Kathy knew we were in a hurry to find the right place and get out of our old place. We found something in our price range and Kathy worked hard to get what we wanted in the deal and she also had the timing perfect to help with the move. We were a little nervous, but Kathy put up with us and made things work rather well.

Kathy was amazing! Our house needed a lot of work before selling. She was able to get a roofer to agree to replace the roof prior to the sell! She paid 1/2 up front and we paid her and the roofer from the proceeds. Once we listed it did not stay on the market long and we got more than I thought the market allow. This was not our first house we sold with Kathy's help and each time she went above and beyond in different ways.

Kathy's kindness and professional approach exceeded my expectations in regards to selling my house. The best experience ever...working with Kathy gained a trust in me where I knew I could let-go of stressful situations and with her expertise and knowledge, she would guide me through with ease. Her efficiency was assertive and tactful. She always kept me updated and comfortable in the whole process. A Job Well Done!!!

I would highly recommend Kathy Silva. Kathy didn't amazing job under a difficult negotiation and was available at every opportunity to guide us through the buying process.
