Kathy was very diligent and responsive. Our house was live on MLS two weeks after we signed the listing agreement. There was much to be done: removal of furniture, cosmetic touch-up and cleaning on our part, and staging, photographing and publishing by Kathy, and she guided us through the process seamlessly. We had more than 10 offers over asking after we went live and she negotiated a sale significantly over asking. Escrow closed 1 1/2 months after we signed the listing agreement. Nothing but the best to say about Kathy!
