Kathy helped my husband and I purchase a home a few years ago, we had a really good experience working with her. When my parents decided to sell their condo, we immediately thought of Kathy again. It was the best decision we could have made. Kathy was the best realtor I could have had to sell my house. She had every stage planned, starting with reviewing every room and what would need to be packed away or fixed. She had her contractor readily available for me who was quick, trustworthy, professional and reasonably priced! He did an outstanding job. When my pool man of 12 years told me a week before going on the market he could not acid wash the pool as promised, Kathy had a company out the next day who did an amazing job!! The marketing pieces she had made were high quality and professionally shot but the topper was the video she had produced, it was something I would expect to see on TV, the videographer had even brought in his young children to play in the pool and go down the slide, it was a home run! Our house looked like a dream vacation. But the prep work is only the beginning, Kathy was there for the whole process from reviewing bids with us, keeping us calm when the buyers brought in ten different contractors and negotiating a settlement that everyone could live with after the ten contractors recommend replacing everything to make it like new 😡. We closed on time, netted what we had hoped for and was thrilled with Kathy’s expertise and professionalism to guide us through the process. I have worked with Kathy for many years. I bought my first rental property with her about 20 years ago. Kathy helped us sell our home located in Los Angeles after 9 years of residence. She met with us months prior to listing to walk us through the staging process and coach us on how the housing market could be leveraged in order to list our house during the most likely time of year to sell. She is very good at communicating via your preferred method. In our case it was email and they were always answered within the hour. She held our hand through the listing process.
