"Kathy was an awesome realtor, both for buying and selling! She pulled things together when the seller's realtor dropped the ball. We love that she has a ton of local knowledge as well. Would work with her again, but she found us our dream home and we're never moving again! We had a different Acre Realtor come to our closing because Kathy was busy. Loved her as well! Kathy was available at all times to help with any questions. And I have a lot of questions! She was also great with our four kids, which is a HUGE deal to us! Kathy went above and beyond and did the job of the other realtor as well as her own."
