Kathy helped the reviewer sell this property

We sold our home for more than we expected and paid less than we expected for our new home!

Kathy is very professional and helped us to sell our home and also to purchase a new home... She always answered the phone and took the time to help us through the process... She convinced the people who we purchased the new home to lower the price comparing it to the newer homes in the area and they agreed. I believe she went above and beyond for us and I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!
