She was more aggressive in pricing our condo/townhouse than others we interviewed and it was so worth it because it sold within nine days! Kathy also helped us with our new home purchase and she has great knowledge of the Florence/Union area so if looking for a great realtor look her up.

We were under a tight schedule to look at houses since our son was in town for a limited time. We had some houses we wanted to look at but the list seemed to grow and change often in the few days prior to the day we were scheduled to visit. Kathy was great at working with the changes and arranging the showings. The day before we added another that was new on the market. Kathy was wonderful at giving us advice when it was time to make an offer. Fantastic experience.
