Kathy successfully sold our property near the asking price. Improvements could be made in her communications with us. Nearing the closing date we stopped hearing from her and worked directly with the title company to arrange the virtual closing and all the details. Better communications would have made it a much less stressful transaction

Hi Penny, I did reach out to you before closing and I got your voicemail and left a message. I also texted you. Normally closings are completely handled by the title company, I was trying to inform you there was ability to close sooner but I never heard back from you.
