Kathy is very knowledgeable in the Real estate business. She is very helpful, and quickly responds to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or purchase a home. She has helped us sell 2 homes and purchase 1 home.

We had a tough situation with the house we were buying, with lots of negotiating and hoops to jump through, but Kathy was absolutely amazing in helping and navigating it all. She sold our house and helped us with the purchase of our new house, and it was all very smooth and easy because of her. We would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone! :)

Kathy was amazing to work with. We started working together about a month before I got to Colorado and she would continually send me market listings to get an idea of my interests. Once I arrived, we went out and looked at 8 houses and found one. While I was out enjoying my evening, she was updating me with texts and emails on our bid. After that anytime I had a question or concern, she was only a text message away. Super awesome to work with and will likely be using her in the future to rent my home out again. Don't pass her service up.
