Kathy never rushed us. We gave her our wish list and had several listings for us to look at each visit. She did find us our perfect home we are very happy with our home and Kathy’s hard word. I would recommend and use Kathy again.

She is a great buyers agent, we always felt as though she had our back and that she went to bat for us in the bidding process. Kathy was very responsive to our inquiry about real estate in the Bluffton area and quickly arranged to show us a long list of houses, even bringing a contractor along to advise on renovation possibilities. This was especially helpful since our house-hunting time in Bluffton was limited and because we lived half way across the country and would be closing the deal from afar. Kathy made the closing process an easy one by connecting us to the right people and made sure all items were checked off the list. Following closing, she checked on our house on a regular basis picking up our mail, packages, etc. until we made the move to Bluffton. I would recommend Kathy for a five-star real estate experience in the Bluffton area!

We actually enjoyed the experience of a usually tedious hunt to find a home that meets all our qualifications. Kathy has a very pleasant personality. So much so that you would think of her as a helpful friend, interested in your well-being, not just making a sale. She listens and is able to guide you according to your desires and needs, and in our case was able to find wonderful home in a spectacular location. She acted effectively and efficiently to help us secure the sale at a reasonable price. We totally commend and recommend Kathy Ross to others.

Kathy made our home search in relatively unfamiliar territory a very easy and stress-free process. She came prepared with listings and maps and information on the area for us to use while touring homes as well as to take home so we could get more familiar with the area. Snacks and water too! She was also able to adjust plans on the fly based up on the feedback we were giving her about what we saw vs what we wanted. No wasting time on homes or neighborhoods that clearly weren't for us. Post-purchase she made herself available to help with some maintenance issues and with our search for a tenant since we were not local. Kathy really went above and beyond in every way and treated us as friends she cared about - not just clients. I would not hesitate to recommend Kathy to support you through the process of buying a home.

Kathy made the buying experience easy. We were coming from out of State and could not be there for home inspections, insurance inspections etc. Kathy stepped in and made sure everything was done correctly and on schedule. She arranged for everything and made sure we knew what utilities had to be contacted and provide the contact information.

Kathy was professional and very easy to work with, especially since we are not currently living in the Bluffton area. I think the best description I can give is that Kathy had just gotten over COVID and yet still was selfless with her time and effort. In spite of the low inventory (and rising prices), we were able to eventually make things work out after we departed via repeated Zoom calls with Kathy. A pleasant and positive experience on every level!
