We started looking for a home back in 2014. My partner and I were first time home buyers together and not sure entirely about what we wanted. Kathy was THE best buyers agent for us because of her patience and her honest desire to put us into something that would make us happy. After 100+ home viewings (no joke), we found our dream home in Winter Springs. Because of Kathy's quick response time and overall "on-it" demenour, we were able to close and move in within a month. Kathy has several recommendations and referrals for handy men, loan processors, mortgage brokers, etc. They have all carried the same "on-it" and quickness my partner and I value when looking for the bestreal estate team. T I can honestly say after this whole experience, and yes, it is an experience, Kathy not only was a superior realtor but a great friend. I would reccomend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor that is patient, caring and devoted to the biggest purchase of your life.

Kathy was very professional from our initial visit right through to the sale of our home. We had many questions along the way and she always answered them truthfully and gave us excellent advice. She had a good feel for the market and sold our house in a reasonably short time.
