Kathy represented us when we sold our house in Emerald Isle

We first met with Kathy during the summer of 2020 and then again in the summer of 2021 to access selling our house in Emerald Isle which we used as a vacation rental property. In 2020, even though the market was up over prior years; Kathy agreed that the market should get even better and as we were not in any hurry that waiting to sell should work out. The next summer the market had significantly improved so her advice and guidance paid off. We were impressed that Kathy was not just interested in getting the listing in 2019 but advised us to what was in our best interest. During the sells process her communication is excellent and very professional. Most impressive is that after the transaction was closed Kathy has stayed involved with us in addressing an issue with a local contractor. The issue was indirectly related to the sales transaction and her willingness to help shows both her professionalism and her character.
