Kathy knew what she was doing - from finding the right staging company to helping me coordinate needed upgrades to get the highest price. She was in Florida/I was in Wisconsin, so we did all "virtual" meetings and they were frequent enough to keep me in the loop. Through every bump in the road (competition lowering their prices, multiple nearby listings, etc.), Kathy gave me assurance the sale would come through quickly...and it did! Kathy is fun, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would contract Kathy again if I was buying or selling! THANK YOU
