I contacted Kathy about selling my house, after speaking with Kathy, I felt confident that she would sell my house in a timely manner and get top dollar for it. The next day, Kathy came to my house to sit down and speak with me about my options. Kathy was very detailed about all options and did not once steer me one way. Kathy was able to take pictures of my house, list it and sell it for what I wanted within 48 hours! I am currently working with Kathy currently to find my new home! She is very kind, knowable, detailed and helpful!
