Kathy Morrow was very instrumental in helping with our relocation to Washington State. She went above and beyond to assist us with securing a local mortgage company and oversaw our home inspection, in our absence. She guided us through the process and made our out of state home buying experience easier. She continues to stay in touch.
We chose Kathy not only for the purchase of our new home but for the sale of our old home as well. The purchase of our new home was stressful do to the lender we had chose. During this process Kathy handled every detail with strength and knowledge. We were both impressed and glad that we had Kathy on our side. In the end Kathy provided us once again with what we needed to leave the lender that had almost caused us to lose both our homes and directed towards an amazing company (fairway) that came in and saved the day!!!
