I actually worked with Kathy's daughter Kensey when my wife and I started our search for a house. It took a number of months to find the right house for what we could afford and Kensey never once made us feel like we may have been looking a little over our price range. She always very knowledgeable of any house we wanted to look at, and even went the extra mile to be the go between on some homes sold by owner.
