We had an excellent experience working with Kthy to both by and sell our home. She did a fantastic job from start to finish, and we were especially impressed that she was able to get our house sold within just three weeks of going on the market. The entire process was seamless, straightforward, and much easier than we expected. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly while making sure we always knew what to expect. We truly appreciated all of her hard work and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

Immense knowledge of the market, able to find multiple properties in the area and price range I was looking. Once we found my dream home Kathy made it a priority to make the closing process quick and painless. Highly recommend!

Kathy Martin did everything is her power for me to have my dream home in a timely manner. Kathy is very personable and very knowledgeable with what she knows about her job! I would highly recommend Kathy as a realtor!

We used Kathy for the sell of our old house as well as the purchase of our new home. She helped the process be an overall smooth experience despite the craziness of the current market. Kathy kept us informed with any questions we had and worked Diligently to make sure everything was in line to keeps things going in the right direction. Thanks to Kathy’s connections thru her real estate firm we were able to find our new home and negotiate with the sellers before it even hit the market which saved us a lot of hassle. We are loving our new home and don’t have plans to move again anytime soon but if we did we would certainly be interested in using Kathy again.

Kathy was truly amazing to work with. She went above and beyond from start to finish to ensure we not only got the house of our dreams but also got in it by the holidays. She took on a bigger role in helping us get through this experience with the least amount of stress on us as possible. Kathy will definitely be who we use as a realtor in the future and we would recommend her to anyone else just starting their house buying/selling journey!
