Kathy was a wonderful agent when I was purchasing my first home. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable about the entire process and patient when I had an abundance of small questions throughout. Further, Kathy went above and beyond in many ways, including sending ideas and suggestions on home decoration, reaching out to the HOA on my behalf, and working with the seller so that I can move in a day earlier than expected in order for me to receive my furniture as scheduled. Furthermore, Kathy has continued to act as a resource for me months after I have moved into my home. She graciously offers her time when I have any questions related to real estate. Overall, I was really pleased to have Kathy as my agent and would recommend her to any of my acquaintances purchasing a home!
During the purchase process, Kathy worked diligently to find as many properties in a very tight Orange County market that matched my search criteria. I am a first time home buyer! Kathy educated me all along the way. Initially she had me list my goals as to what I wanted in a home. Due to COVID 19 she had to take extra steps to get us in to see houses and made it happen for me!
