About Kathy

I am licensed in Washington and Idaho! CRS, ABR, SRS, SRES, CLHMS, Designations, I have been around real estate talk my entire life! My father started Main Realty way back in the 70's, he was the primary developer at Liberty Lake, Shiloh Hills, Camelot, Hangman Hills and several others, here in Spokane. One brother owns RE/MAX and my other brother is a Developer. I was in the legal field working with all of the Spokane District Court Judges for 11 years! I'm excited to help buyers find the perfect house, and I feel I can help both sellers and buyers maneuver the legalities of real estate contract.
