Kathy is an excellent real estate agent. I've known Kathy for many years, and she has been invaluable when helping me sell three properties in the Glendale, CA, area. She knows the market inside and out and is an excellent source of information about upgrades or changes to a property that will make the property more attractive to potential buyers. Since she knows the local market very well, she is able to suggest a listing price in line with the area so the property will sell quickly. Kathy always maintains a professional relationship with her clients and yet enjoys getting to know her clients as she guides them through the process. She is not pushy, listens to the client's requests, and explains in detail her rational when responding to a client. In my case, she was extra helpful by looking after my property during the selling process since I was living out-of-state at the time. Her efforts certainly helped reduce my stress level during the most recent transaction. Years of experience, professionalism, personable, thoroughness in completing or reviewing paperwork, and a willingness to go the extra mile are all reasons why I highly recommend Kathy to a someone looking for a great real estate agent.
